Cathedra Coffee is the latest addition to the growing range of local partnerships and Checks & Greys branded products.
The exclusive ‘Dean's Beans’ have been expertly blended by our friends at Exchange Coffee and both our Cafetière Blend and Our Espresso roast are available from Checks & Greys.
With a decaffeinated option, they are also available as beans or ground to take home.

The Cathedra Espresso Roast
The Cathedra Espresso beans we use are a blend of finest single estate Brazilian Sao Lucas and El Salvador ethically produced Rainforest Alliance coffee beans.
A more subtle, sweet flavour than most espressos. It’s exquisitely balanced with a rich body followed by a sweet finish and vibrant acidity.
Cathedra Cafetière Blend
A blend of Colombian Huila and El Salvador San Antonio Rainforest Alliance certified beans deliver a soft and nutty balance which finishes with rich chocolate notes.
