The ‘Dean's Beans’ have been expertly blended for us and both our Cafetière Blend and Our Espresso roast are available at Checks & Greys.
They are also available as beans or ground in retail form to take home.

The Cathedra Espresso Roast
The Cathedra Espresso beans we use are a blend of finest single estate Brazilian Sao Lucas and El Salvador ethically produced Rainforest Alliance coffee beans.
A more subtle, sweet flavour than most espressos. It’s exquisitely balanced with a rich body followed by a sweet finish and vibrant acidity.
Cathedra Cafetière Blend
A blend of Colombian Huila and El Salvador San Antonio Rainforest Alliance certified beans deliver a soft and nutty balance which finishes with rich chocolate notes.
